geocaching...

it's been years. we started geocaching back when we lived in california for the summer during sam's internship for chevron. isaac was three months old. we have done it on and off since but it's been a while. the other day sam started looking to see if there were some around here. the boy thinks it's pretty cool and affectionately call our gps "the treasure finder". it was freezing cold this day and truman and i only made it out for one cache. we went home and bundled

the big boys up with pj's under clothes, gloves, and blankets to huddle under while in the burley trailer.

Pp gave truman this cute hat (from anthropologie) for christmas. we have a long running tradition of her getting the boys darling animal hats. i love it!

chewing...

not only were we chewing on burgers and fries this evening but you can see isaac also decided his shirt tasted pretty good. it's our new thing. the boys love to chew on their collars and sleeves. no holes yet but i'm hoping this habit will go as fast as it came.

christmas at our house- jan. 6th

even though we were in utah for christmas santa still came to our house. so when we got home everything was waiting for us. and since isaac and beckam slept most of the way home on the airplane we did christmas the night we got home. even though it was 10:30-11:00 ish. truman was asleep when we got home because he was awake the entire plane ride so he missed out on christmas that night but we saved all of his things for the next evening. we made it bed around 12:00-12:30, so needless to say isaac was a few minutes late to school the next morning. i wasn't going to wake him up.

sledding...

this was the day we left utah. we went to carl's and then braden and papa took the boys over to sled at the park before we had to leave. i didn't get over there till braden had left because they were actually playing at the park instead of sledding. but they did a little of both for me so i could get some pictures.
