our fun weekend...

sam took his friday off and we headed north. north to some of our favorite spots. sam and jeff took the kayak and tried it out on the river. while the rest of us stopped by canyon lake {actually truman was asleep so i hung out in the car while the boys gave nana a tour of the lake}. and then we all met up in gruene. there we checked out a few shops, chased wild life, made some fun purchases, and went to the our usual for dinner. it was a little warm, but a lot of fun thanks for letting us drag you around. {and hey we got rupert so it was totally worth it. isaac sleeps with him every night.}

thanks you again for coming to visit. mom's are great. my mom's visits always mean finish projects, someone to eat good food with, and me being left elated about some new fun things in my closet. jeff we will miss seeing you these next two years but we can't wait to start hearing about you singapore experiences.

jeff and nana visit houston, part I...

after the pick up at the airport we proceeded to our regular post airport hangout, the woodlands. we had some lunch and then jeff played with the boys in the fountains while my mom, truman, and i did a little shopping.

we had so much fun that somedays beck just couldn't take it anymore.

the boys got jeff out playing in the backyard sprinklers to cool off.

one evening we went and played minature golf it was lots of fun and truman was very helpfull.

jeff being the good brother and great uncle that he is was nice enough to come visit us before he left on his mission, THANK YOU! we had lots of fun. it was already getting a little warm but nothing like it is now so we're glad they came when they did.

earthday...

our neighborhood had an earthday celebration. so after soccer we swung by to check it out. we spent the whole time with at least one of us standing in the camel line while the kids ran around checking out everything with the other of us.
