you missed two weeks of pictures...

but now soccers back. two weeks ago truman was sick so sam took isaac and beck. then last week truman had his best friends birthday party so dad took isaac and beck again. we were excited to go back this week. uncle ryan even came into town since he has spring break next week. we were at the fields from 10-2 this week. isaac's game started at 10:00 and beck's at 1:00. after the game truman and i took a nap. sam, ryan, isaac, and beckam went fishing down the street at our lake. truman and i joined them after he woke up. it was lots of fun. isaac caught 6 fish. beckam caught 1 and reeled it in all by himself. ryan caught 3, including his 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fish ever. i even caught my first fish. oh and truman was holding the pole with sam and they caught a fish together(sam also caught several others but i didn't get his count, that is when we wasn't putting worns on everyones hooks or taking fish off).

we finally have real food storage...

it came in a bunch of boxes that got left on our front porch. isaac and beckam carried them in and then opened them all so they could see what we got. they were so excited about it. they couldn't wait to show dad when he got home. they keep asking me if we can open some and i tell them no way.

muffins with mom...

isaac was at school and my friend brooke was watching truman. so it was just beckam and i. it's so fun to get a little one-on-one time every once and a great while. we had muffins he picked us 2 poppy seed and a blueberry. he told me the blueberry was for me while he ate the first poppy seed then he told me he'd save me a little of the second one. he did, i got a bite. then i read the paper he filled out about me:

my mommy's favorite color is purple.{i asked him about this one he said, "i thought it was?", i hate purple, except when on isaac's soccer jersey}

my mommy makes the best cereal.{there's got to be something else he likes that i make, oh well!}

my favorite thing to do with mommy is play trains.

if i could give my mommy a special present, i would give her a treat. {he told me he wasn't sure what to put on this one so he just said a treat. i told him that was great because i really like treats.}

it's pretty funny to see what your kids say about you. after that we read some books together an then played with the action figures. we battled he won and i lost even when we switched guys. he gave me a frame he painted for me with a picture of him in it. he told me i could keep it forever, i will. i love you beckam thanks for sharing a muffin and a little part of your day with me.

the zoo...

with the brooks. thanks for the invite it was a very fun morning. we needed to get out of the house and this was perfect. all ending in a dash to the car in the crazy down pour that started as we were leaving. the boys thought it was quite exciting.

i looked out the window and what did i see...

my three boys laying on the tramp beneath me.

this is the sight that greeted me on conference sunday morning. the boys had stayed up late waiting for sam to get home from priesthood session. i was invited out to hear the treasure monster bedtime story and then headed into the house and up to the guest room. truman had a fever all weekend long and i wanted to be close to him. when he woke up the next morning this is the scene that greeted up from the upstairs bedroom window. aren't i such a lucky mom. wouldn't trade these boys for anything.

guess what we're having...

yes a boy, i know you are completely astonished. the hudson's have a boy, no way. but yes, yes we are having our 4th count them 1-2-3-4th boy.

go dragons, purple and blue...

yes the boys are both the dragons this season, and they love it. isaac's team was down a coach so sam got to step in for the week and coach his field. i didn't get a final picture of beck's count some how he scored 8 goals, yes 8. he also had some awesome blocks on the other side of the field. it was much warmer for these games as you can tell. in fact after sitting in the sun for 3 hours straight we all had a little bit too much sun. and all i can think is it's just going to get hotter!
