i walked around the corner and saw isaac and beckam in the basket so of course i had to throw true in and get a picture.

what we're up to

HOMEWORK

school has been so great. isaac loves it. i can't believe all the things he has learned already. he holds his pencil correctly and he can draw, really really well. i had no idea. he is getting so good with his letters. he comes home and tells me new things everyday. his primary teacher says he is doing awesome at church too. it's amazing to watch him progress so quickly right before our eyes. he is getting so old. i feel like our family is quickly transitioning into a whole new phase and i am excited and a little nervous/sad at the same time.

this is the outfit including hat that isaac picked out for truman this morning when i asked him to help. i thought it was darling. isaac is getting to be such a good helper around the house. sometimes i'll go to look for him and find him picking things up without ever having been asked to. it's so nice, he is such a good helper with his little brothers.

i am officially a soccer mom...

beckam is so cute. sam and i were telling isaac how well he did while on the way to the car. then we hear beckam say, "isaac you played so awesome!" to which isaac replied,"thanks", followed by beckam's,"your welcome". brothers there just the best.

then, we have to turn in our jersys for the coaches to keep.

so then i guess it is customary to poke each other.

i don't know i never played soccer, nor was i ever a little boy.

Isaac had a great time at his game. We really like his coach and he is learning alot at practice.

Isaac played a great game, he blocked some shots and even made a goal.

This week we played the blue team that is 1/2 comprised of the boys Isaac's age in our ward.

We were planning on Isaac playing t-ball this fall but made a late switch to soccer.

It just took a few emails and some quick paper work and we made the last slot for his age in the club. I could totally get into this soccer mom thing.

Oh, and yes, we won.

ME

I'm 29 and looking "divine" (even if I'm not in SB.)

Beckam has most definitely inherited the dancing gene,

it skipped a generation or two in our families.

I had the best birthday ever. I'm going out with a bang (29). After the surprise on Saturday to begin a fun long weekend. Sam took his day off on Monday for my birthday. We went to visit one of my most favorite places we have discovered during the past year while we've been here. We had a great time. Sam watched the kids (isaac and beckam) while I slowly walked through store after store. We had a great lunch at a new spot we've been wanting to try out but haven't until now. A yummy dinner as always. And to top it all off I received several phone calls, texts, emails, and messages all wishing me a happy birthday. I even had a couple of treats on the porch waiting for me when I go home that some friends had dropped off. All my friends and family sure know how to make a girl feel loved.
