Yes we are still in Houston. Yes we are staying here. And yes my mother did fly in on Wednesday, so lucky her, she gets to check out this hurricane thing with us. We are ready. I've been talking to others around us who have more experience with these kind of things than we do, and it sounds like we will be fine.

I've been thinking about you guys a lot the past couple of days and wondering what it will be like when Ike finally hits you! Sounds like you'll be fine. And I didn't know your mom was down there!
