we invited a few of truman's friends and their families over for his FIRST birthday party. there are four little "ones" in our ward with birthdays all within just a few months of each other:
truman, scarlet, asher, and colin. we had a yummy lunch of potato soup(thanks for the recipe brianna), mac and cheese(for the kiddos), fish rolls(turned out so cute and way yummy!), goldfish and orange juice boxes, and goldfish shaped rice crispy treats for dessert. i made a few thing to decorate the kitchen for the party, so fun. and for truman's party favors he sent his friends home with their very own fish(check the last post). the big kids played wii. i was hoping they would play the fishing game so it would tie in with the theme, but i don't think it happened. i think they had a lot of fun though. they also played out on the trampoline. which the babies loved to watch. thank you everyone for coming and making truman's birthday so much fun.

Thanks for the party! Asher and I had lots of fun. Love the pictures of the little ones watching the big kids on the tramp. Won't be too long before they are out there too!
