i noticed this rash on isaac's neck not too long after sam had left for moab(of course). i took the easy out and emailed pictures to my pediatrician uncle in utah and along with a phone call we decided isaac must had gotten poision ivy on our camping trip. he called him in a rx and it was gone in no time.
